We partnered with a events agency organizing a high-level corporate regattas for executives in the retail industry. The program required local support in Montenegro, with a focus on premium service and attention to detail.
Our responsibilities included:
– Selection and coordination of restaurants for the gala dinner, welcome dinner, and several group dinners during the route
– On-site visits to each proposed venue to check capacity, layout, and readiness for full or partial rental
– Ensuring each restaurant met strict criteria: premium-level cuisine, elegant atmosphere, dedicated private space, and necessary technical equipment
– Organization of the after-party, including DJ booking, playlist approval, and ordering a custom cake
– Accommodation arrangements in Belgrade for part of the group
– Production and setup of branded materials, including a custom banner installed directly in the dinner venue
Thanks to close coordination and local knowledge, we ensured a smooth and elegant experience for this premium group — from the first dinner to the final celebration.
